Very happy with this product

Continued to make my PS5 short out and then after only having it and another cable connected to the front it would continue doing it. I’m not sure if it’s the product or my console, this has never happened until using the product. It does a great job keeping the console cool, but terrible at keeping it on due to the electrical short in either my PS5 or the product.

Loving it it's doing what I was hoping it would it keeps the system cool and over heat free I really appreciate it thanks 👍

I ordered this item and realized I had gotten the wrong type. I contacted this seller immediately and they worked with me, giving me a discount on purchasing the correct version, which was nice. I placed my order over a month ago and have been attempting to contact the seller for an estimate on when I can expect it to be shipped. They replied once, stating they are sending them out in batches. I have emailed them a few times since for an update and received no reply. One of my emails got returned because the email address no longer exists. I logged a complaint with Shopify about a week ago and still nothing. I’m trying to just cancel my order at this point and get the money back.
